• Your first photos and their first impression
• The whole photo sequence; quality, quantity and content
• Listing name, headline, photo captions, and description
• Your competition and pricing
Here's what you'll get:
• How your Magnet Photo compares to your competition and which other photos or subjects might work better.
• Where the first impression takes us - is this a family place, bachelorette pad, a professional host, a trustworthy host, am I, the viewer, curious or suspicious, what am I missing etc?
• Suggestions on how the sequence flows and do's and don'ts, what works and what doesn't based on our work on top-performing listings.
• Suggestions for the title and notes on the description and how it matches the sequence.
How the results are delivered:
We will email you a link to your assessment page where you can go over the results at your own pace AND we give you an option to book a call and go over everything live. This is not a high-pressure sales call (we hate those too!) but a friendly chat where we can look at your listing live, troubleshoot, answer questions, show examples etc.
Getting an evaluation is not a commitment to anything - you can walk away with the suggestions and insights and get to work.
