Airbnb Photos That Crush

Your photos are your first impression.

Get them wrong and no one clicks on your listing. That means all of your fantastic hosting expertise goes to waste.

Worse still, mediocre photos undermine potential guest’s trust in you as a host. Unfair as it may be, they ask themselves: “What else might this host be missing? Will they be responsive? Reliable?"

Get them right and you not only have their attention, you’ve earned their trust. When the viewer sees that you've nailed this crucial aspect, they'll see you as a top-notch host in other ways too.

Blaming bad photos on smartphones is just a lazy excuse.

Our course doesn't require expensive gear - because it’s never been about the tool, it’s about knowing how to use it. No one blames bad paintings on cheap brushes.

The curriculum below shows everything you’ll learn but most importantly our hosts have appreciated taking a step back and looking at their rentals from the guest perspective, a core philosophy at O2O. You’ll not only learn how to take technically good-looking photos but also how create an attractive listing that drives bookings.

Course FAQ

  • No you do not. All you need is your smartphone. 99% of our project photos are shot with smartphones, even onsites! Knowing your tool comes first. Newer smartphones can probably handle light and contrast better than older ones but at the end of the day, even the most expensive phone will produce terrible photos if the photographer doesn’t know what they’re doing.

  • If you want to learn how to add to your current sequence and how to have the quality match, then yes. This course is designed for the DYI type, of course, since it’s a self-paced course. It’s also great to be able to update photos as amenities change, or to capture seasonal changes. If the idea of taking your own photos bores your to tears or makes you break into hives, maybe that’s a part of your hosting journey you hire out :).

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
